Dustin Troia - Paraplanner & Operations Specialist

Dustin began his career in biotechnology, where he spent close to 15 years manufacturing cellular and gene therapies.  Highlights during his time in biotechnology include playing a key role in the launch of successful clinical and commercial manufacturing facilities in California, Georgia, and Washington.

 In 2024, Dustin decided it was time for a career change into personal financial planning. He has a strong desire to make an impact in people's lives that is in alignment with his strengths in mathematics and finance.

 Since obtaining his bachelor's degree in financial planning in the beginning of 2025, he completed an externship and an internship.  After joining Del-Sette, he obtained his Series 65 license in December of 2025.

 When he is not working, he enjoys travelling, hiking, and doing activities with his wife and two children.

 He is thrilled to be a member of the Del-Sette team and he looks forward to serving our clients in support of their financial goals and aspirations.
