Ann Arceo Director of Financial Planning, Shareholder

With more than 18 years of experience in wealth management and financial planning, Ann Arceo brings deep technical expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for helping families make confident financial decisions.

Ann began her career while attending college, working at a comprehensive wealth management firm in Houston, Texas. It was there that she developed a love for the financial planning process—helping clients align their financial resources with their goals and values. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Houston–Victoria, she continued building her expertise in investment management and long-term financial strategy.

Ann went on to work with LPL Financial, one of the nation’s largest independent broker-dealers, where she earned her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. In her role, she was actively involved in portfolio structure and management, financial plan development, performance reporting, and client strategy implementation. Working closely with firm leadership, she developed a strong foundation in both the technical and relational aspects of advisory work.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Ann later founded her own Registered Investment Advisory firm, where she provided outsourced financial planning services to independent advisors. She specialized in helping growing firms implement planning systems, streamline processes, and elevate the client experience—allowing advisors to operate more efficiently while delivering deeper value to their clients.

Ann serves as the Director of Financial Planning and a Principal at Del-Sette Capital Management, where she partners with clients to design comprehensive retirement and investment strategies.

Ann and her family split their time between New York and New Mexico. She and her husband have two children and enjoy traveling and building their own financial future together.
